Daughters of the King Hosted Coffee Hour

Join us as we celebrate the Anniversary of the Daughters of the King Chapter here at St. Michael’s during Coffee Hour on Sunday November 19th. The Order of the Daughters of the King is a national and international (Malawi, Uganda, South Africa, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Latin America, Ecuador, Brazil, Spain and India) religious order for women. Today our membership includes Anglican, Episcopal, Lutheran (ELCA) and Roman Catholic churches. Members undertake a Rule of Life including a Rule of Prayer and a Rule of Service.

Our Mission is to:

“Pledge to a program of Prayer, Service, Study and Evangelism for the spread of the Church’s spiritual growth and to strengthen the spiritual life of the Parish.”

Our Vision as Daughters of the King is to:

“Be empowered by the Holy Spirit, to know Jesus Christ, to make Him known to others and to become reflections of God’s love throughout the world.”
