Centering Prayer – Friendship Center

St. Michael’s is offering the ancient spiritual practice known as Centering Prayer that seeks to quiet the mind and help us to rest in silence. We offer Centering Prayer every Monday here at St. Michael’s in the Friendship room from 9-10am and on Thursdays via zoom from 7-8pm.
